LDE is the sole company responsible for the geological modelling of the residential areas affected by liquefaction and
lateral spreading for the Earthquake Commission. LDE has been undertaking this work since the 4th September 2010 earthquake event
and has completed the modelling for all of the areas affected by that event. We are presently developing the engineering geology for
hundreds of kilometres through the additional areas of Christchurch affected by liquefaction and lateral spreading for the Earthquake
Commission using data from thousands of CPTs, boreholes and supplementary geophysical data. |
